World Cup qualifier: Nigeria beats Zambia 2-1
Nigerian senior national football team, Super Eagle defeated Zambia national team 2-1 in the World Cup qualification match in far away Zambia on Sunday evening.
Two first-half goals from Alex Nwobi of Arsenal Football Club of England and Kelech Iheanachor of Manchester City Football Club also of England did it for Nigeria. Zambia managed to put one back in the second half.
By this result, Nigeria is currently topping its group with three points.
