Market sustains bullish run as investors gain N91bn

The Nigerian Stock Exchange All-Share Index (NSE ASI) and the Market Capitalization increased by 0.92 per cent on Thursday, while the year-to-date return stood at -4.55 per cent as investors gained N91 billion.
The All-Share Index closed at 25,653.16 against the previous close of 25,418.08 while Market Capitalization closed at ₦8.878 trillion against previous close of ₦8.797 trillion.
Volume traded decreased by 46.12per cent from 280.945 million to 151.384 million, while the total value of stock traded decreased by 20.95 per cent from ₦2.349 billion to ₦1.857 billion in 2,325 deals.
The Financial Services sector led the activity chart with 140.875 million shares exchanged for ₦1.539 billion.
Services came next with 3.352 million shares traded for ₦0.002 billion, Consumer Goods, Industrial Goods, Oil and Gas sectors followed in that order on the activity chart.
Zenithbank, Fidelitybk, Guaranty, Uba and Fcmb were the most active stocks by volume.
Betaglas, Cutix, Diamondbnk, Wapco and Npfmcrfbk emerged the highest price gainers on the chart, while Guinness, Neimeth, Airservice, Ucap and Dangflour topped the losers chart.
