PUBLIC NOTICE: Established of Large Taxpayers’ Office, LTO (Non-Oil) in Awka, Anambra State.

The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) hereby notifies all taxpayers, tax advisors and the general public that it has established a Large Taxpayers’ Office, LTO (Non-Oil) in Awka, Anambra State. This is in a bid to further improve our services, promote voluntary compliance and ease of paying taxes.

The new Office is located at:

Plot 4, Abuja Estate, Glass House                    

Opp. Government House                                    

Enugu/Onitsha Express Way, Awka, Anambra State.         

The Office shall be responsible for the management of the tax files of all categories of Taxpayers with turnover of N2billion and above domiciled in the South Eastern States of Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo with the exception of Companies in the Upstream Sector of Petroleum Operations (Oil Producing Companies)

As from the15^thof July 2020, the concerned taxpayers shall submit all returns, correspondences or enquiries regarding their tax affairs to LTO (Non-Oil) Awka for processing.
