President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed 75-year old Professor Agboola Ibrahim Gambari as his new Chief of Staff.
Gambari, a Nigerian scholar, diplomat and an indigene of Kwara State was appointed to replace the late Abba Kyari on Tuesday, May 12.
Gambari was at a time the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations for the Department of Political Affairs.
Abba Kyari, the former holder of the post fought unsuccessful battle with CoronaVirus pandemic and his death was announced on April 17,2020.
