Inauguration of Tinubu on May 29 must take place -Agbakoba
The renowned lawyer and civil right activist, Dr Olisa Agbakoba has said that the inauguration of President-elect Bola Tinubu must take place on the 29th of May 2023 under the nation’s constitutional process.
Agbakoba who made this know a press statement made available to Business247 News Online late Monday night states: “It is important to state that the inauguration of Mr Bola Tinubu on 29 May 2023 is bound to happen under our constitutional process.
“While the election tribunal deals with the petitions there is no constitutional process to delay the inauguration on 29 May.
“We need to obey the rule of constitutionalism”, he clarified.
