Uwais at 87: Agbakoba implores Tinubu to implement the Uwais Committee Electoral Reforms

Legal icon, Dr Olisa Agbakoba, SAN, has implored President Bola Tinubu to honour Justice M.L Uwais by implementing the Uwais Committee Electoral Reforms he celebrates 87 birthday.

He made the call in a press statement he signed and made available to Business247 News Online on Sunday.

According to Agbakoba, “The longest serving Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon Justice ML Uwais has been blessed by God to reach the milestone Age of 87.

“President Tinubu’s special gift to our CJN is to implement the far reaching electoral reforms of the Uwais Committee.

“I was honoured to serve in the Uwais Committee.

“Mr President! Please, implement the Uwais recommendations”
