FG made N753.634bn capital release by October ending

The Federal Government made capital release of N756.634 billion at the end of October, 2016 . This was contained in a data pushed out on Tuesday evening by the Federal Ministry of Finance in Abuja.
The breakdown of how the money was made available to various ministries show that Power has the highest allocation of N209.247 billion, followed by Defence in a distant second with total allocation of N69.512 billion and Transport came third with N30.540 billion for it to be followed by Agriculture with N29.579 billion capital allocation.
Water Resources has had N25.202 billion capital release by the review period. Interior had N21.210billion; Health, N18.473 billion; Education, N16.744 billion; Niger Delta, N8.161 billion; Science and Technology, N6.681bn; Mines and Steel, N3.360 billion; Petroleum, N2.414 billion and other had N312.511 billion capital allocation at the end of October.
