End of Ramadan: Akinbade felicitates with Muslims

I rejoice with Muslims worldwide most especially, my fellow brothers and sisters in Osun State for the successful completion of fasting (Ramadan).

As we  celebrate the I’deI Fitir, I want to pray that the Almighty Allah will accept all our religious activities as act of Ibadah, grant our requests and shower us with His mercy and blessings as rewards for fasting in the glorious holy  month of Ramadan.

I pray that the Almighty Allah, will, in His infinite mercy, liberate us so that at the end of the day, we shall have government that will bring succour to the state and its people on all fronts.

By His grace, poverty and hunger induced government as currently witnessed by our people, will soon give way in Osun as people-friendly government will be ushered in through the ballot boxes on September 22.

I appreciate both Muslims and Christians for their unrelenting prayers and support at all times. You people having been my major pillar; without God and you, my wonderful people, I am nobody.

I want to assure you that by the special grace of God,I shall run a true and godly administration that will be to His glory and the benefits of mankind.

In this regard, I want to humbly urge you all to be steadfast in your prayers and support that will ultimately translate to my emergence not only as the PDP candidate, but also as the new governor of our state after Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as from September 22 when our election is scheduled to hold.
