Mohbad’s Death:  Court remands Naira Marley, Sam Larry as Police places N1m reward on Primeboy’s arrest

A magistrate’s court sitting in the Yaba area of Lagos State, on Wednesday, remanded Nigerian musician, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, and a Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, a.k.a Sam Larry, in police custody over the death of singer llerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad.

The Police had filed an application before the court for an order to remand the duo for 30 days pending the completion of investigation into the death of Mohbad. Ruling on the application, Magistrate Adela Olatunbosun, ordered that both men be remanded for just 21 days.

Also, the police in Lagos yesterday, declared one Owodunni Ibrahim a.k.a Primeboy wanted over the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba a.k.a Mohbad. Primeboy was declared wanted following his failure to honour police invitation since the commencement of investigation into the circumstances leading to the death of the musician.

Ibrahim is approximately 1.64 meters tall, male, dark-skinned with tribal marks and Yoruba by tribe.

According to spokesperson for Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, Primeboy’s last known address is ThirsPower, Oke Eletu, Ikorodu, Lagos.

“If seen, contact the nearest police station or call 08036885727. The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, Idowu Owohunwa, hereby offers a handsome reward of N1 million to anyone with useful information leading to his arrest,” he added.
