 Rite Foods marks Customer Service Week with greater commitment to innovative and excellent service

 

Rite Foods Limited, Nigeria’s leading company in the Food and Beverage industry, celebrates this year’s Customer Service Week (CSW) with a renewed commitment to delivering effective customer service and recognising its personnel who have performed excellently in contributing to the organisation’s growth.

The consumer-centric company, known for its award-winning brands including the 13 variants of Bigi Carbonated Soft Drinks, Bigi Premium Drinking Water, Fearless Energy Drink, premium Sosa Fruit Drink, as well as Bigi and Rite Sausage Rolls, is taking significant steps to align its approach with global best practices for engaging consumers and maintaining strong brand connections.

“Team Service” is the theme for this year’s 31st Customer Service Week, observed from Monday, October 2nd, to Friday, October 6th, 2023. This annual event is dedicated to celebrating customer service and the individuals who serve and support customers daily.

In light of this, Rite Foods’ Managing Director, Seleem Adegunwa, emphasised the company’s unwavering commitment to putting customers first. He highlighted the contemporary approach and efficiency in meeting customer needs and preferences.

Adegunwa also praised the dedicated customer service team, describing them as a formidable force dedicated to achieving success in all activities contributing to the organization’s growth. Their commitment to providing quality services has helped Rite Foods Limited build a credible image in the industry, characterised by professionalism and distinctiveness.

According to Adegunwa, customer satisfaction lies at the core of the company’s mission. They engage with customers at strategic marketing touchpoints, creating mutually beneficial relationships.

Ms. Adebola Adeyinka, Assistant Marketing Manager at Rite Foods Limited, affirmed that this year’s CSW theme, “Team Service,” is embodied in the company’s well-trained marketing team. They possess the proficiency to effectively engage with customers, fostering positive experiences and long-term relationships.

This commitment to quality service is reflected in the high standards of Rite Foods’ product manufacturing, setting industry benchmarks and earning numerous accolades.

As a testament to its consumer-centric approach to business and marketing, Rite Foods was recognised as the “Highest Gainer Year in Year Out in 2023” in the recent Top 50 Brands Evaluation Report on leading brands in Nigeria. Additionally, its Bigi Cola variant of the Bigi Carbonated Soft Drink, the Fearless Energy Drink, and the Bigi Beef Sausage Roll received “Best Value for Money” awards in their respective categories at the recent BrandXchange Consumers Value Awards. Moreover, its Sosa Fruit Drink was honoured with the “Outstanding New Product of the Year – Juice” award at the prestigious Marketing Edge Brands & Advertising Excellence Awards in Lagos.
